Takaragaike-1 (Tak-1)

Complete chloroplast and mitochondrial genome sequences of the reference strain Tak-1.
The chroloplast genome was assembled by GetOrganelle from Illumina short reads. The mitochondrial genome was assembled from the combination of de novo assemblies using PacBio long reads and Illumina short reads, and sequence/assembly errors were corrected by mapping Illumina short reads. The annotation was lifted-over from organellar genomes of Kit-2.
There is no polymorphism site in the chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes between Tak-1 and the female reference strain Tak-2.

The chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes are deposited in DDBJ/GenBank/EMBL under the accession numbers AP025455 and AP025456, respectively.
